Kingbright APGF0607G32B33R23 LED is a compact 0.65mm x 0.65mm x 0.25mm RGB SMD LED designed for full-color indication applications. The hyper-red source color device is made with an AlGaInP-on-GaAs LED, while the green and blue source color devices are made with InGaN LED technologies. The APGF0607G32B33R23-05 LED features a colorless, water-clear lens that supports high brightness of 250mcd for green, 50mcd for blue, and 30mcd for red at 5mA. Its wide 140° viewing angle makes it suitable for uniform light distribution in compact devices.
