MCP3x6x Sigma-Delta-ADCs

Die Sigma-Delta Analog-Digital-Wandler (ADCs) MCP3x6x von Microchip Technology bieten eine programmierbare Datenrate von bis zu 153,6 kS/s und eine programmierbare Verstärkung von 0,33X bis 64X. Diese ADCs verfügen außerdem über integrierte Funktionen wie Temperatursensoren, interne Oszillatoren und Burnout-Sensorerkennung, um die Anzahl der Systemkomponenten und die Gesamtkosten der Lösung zu reduzieren. Die MCP3x6x ADCs enthalten einen internen Sequenzer (SCAN Modus) mit mehreren Überwachungskanälen und einer 24-Bitzeit. Dadurch können die ADCs automatisch Konversionsschleifensequenzen erstellen, ohne dass eine MCU-Kommunikation erforderlich ist. Diese ADCs bieten erweiterte Sicherheitsfunktionen wie CRC und Registerkartensperre, welche die Konfigurationssperrung sowie die Integrität der Kommunikationsdaten für sichere Umgebungen gewährleisten.
