Analog Devices Robuste iCoupler-Digitalisolatoren

Die Analog Devices robusten iCoupler®-Digitalisolatoren gewährleisten eine sichere Systemleistung von Anwendungen, die in lauten, rauen und unberechenbaren Umgebungen betrieben werden. Diese iCoupler-Isolatoren verfügen über ein Hochgeschwindigkeits-CMOS und eine monolithische Luftkerntransformator-Technologie sowie eine Ein-/Aus-Verschlüsselungsarchitektur (OOK). Diese Isolatoren bieten eine hervorragende Leistung und nachgewiesene galvanische Trennung. Zum Schutz der Datensignale bieten diese iCoupler-Digitalisolatoren den branchenweit höchsten Überspannungsschutz von 16 kVpk und sind in der Lage, Nennspannungen von bis 5 kVrms zu widerstehen. Für zusätzlichen Überspannungsschutz verfügen diese Isolatoren über eine verstärkte Stoßstrom-Belastbarkeit von 10 KV. Zur Unterstützung von Hochgeschwindigkeits-Kommunikationen und der Datenintegrität verfügen die Isolatoren über einen Durchsatz von 150 Mbps, eine Laufzeitverzögerung von max. 14 ns und eine flüchtige Gleichtaktsicherheit von 100 kV/µs. Diese Isolatoren werden über einen Versorgungsbereich von 1,7 V bis 5,5 V betrieben, verfügen über 1 bis 4 Eingangskanäle und eignen sich für eine große Auswahl von Applikationen.
