Winbond TrustME® W77T Secure Flash Memory

Winbond TrustME® W77T Secure Flash Memory is designed for the automotive industry and delivers a read bandwidth of up to 400MB/s. This flash memory operates at a 200MHz double transfer rate (DTR) on the industry-standard Octal/xSPI interface. Featuring a range of densities from 64Mb to 1Gb, the W77T is provided in TFBGA (Octal SPI), SOIC (Quad SPI), and WSON (Quad SPI) packages. Additional features include extended replay-protected monotonic counters (RPMC) with eight counters for PC-based implementation, robust security, and NIST 800-193-compliant firmware resiliency.
