Vishay Semiconductors Silizium-Fototransistoren und Fotodioden

Die Vishay Semiconductors VEMT2500X01-Serie besteht aus Silizium NPN Epital-Planar-Fototransistoren. VEMD2500X01 und VEMD2520X01 sind hochempfindliche Hochgeschwindigkeits-Kontakt-Fotodioden. Jeder dieser Vishay Semiconductors Silizium-Fototransistoren und Fotodioden werden in einem klaren epoxiden Mini-Gehäuse zur Aufbaumontage (SMD) mit gewölbter Linse geliefert, die empfindlich auf sichtbare und in der Nähe befindliche Infrarotstrahlung reagieren.
