Der NXH5104 serielle, 4Mbit EEPROM (Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-Only Memory) von NXP Semiconductors ist eine sehr stromsparende Einzelchip-Lösung, die sich ideal für drahtlose Audiostreaming- und Datenkommunikationsapplikationen eignet. The NXH5104 provides byte-level and page-level serial EEPROM functions, sector-level protection, and power-down functions. The device has been specifically designed for low-power, low-voltage applications and is supplied with a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible interface.

The NXP Semiconductors NXH5104 EEPROM is offered in a compact 2.80mm x 2.74mm Wafer Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP) and is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
