WIZnet W5500-EVB-Pico-POE Evaluation Board

WIZnet W5500-EVB-Pico-POE Evaluation Board is based on the Raspberry Pi RP2040 microcontroller and fully hardwired TCP/IP controller W5500. The Raspberry Pi 2040 microcontroller features 264kByte multi-bank high-performance SRAM and a full-crossbar bus fabric. The W5500 controller supports TCP, UDP, ICMP, IPv4, ARP, IGMP, and PPPoE hardwired Ethernet protocols. This evaluation board works similar to Raspberry Pi Pico 1 board with additional Ethernet through W5500.

  • W5500 Ethernet controller:
    • Support TCP, UDP, ICMP, IPv4, ARP, IGMP, and PPPoE
    • Support 8 independent hardware sockets simultaneously
    • Internal 32Kbytes memory for TX/RX buffers
    • Support high-speed Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI MODE 0,3)
  • RP2040 microcontroller with 2MByte flash:
    • Dual-core Cortex® M0+ at up to 133MHz
    • 264kByte multi-bank high-performance SRAM
    • External quad-SPI Flash with eXecute In Place (XIP)
    • High-performance full-crossbar bus fabric
