Vishay Semiconductors VEML6040 RGBW-Farbsensor
Bei dem VEML6040 RGBW Farbsensor von Vishay handelt es sich um einen Single-Chip-Sensor, der rote, grüne und blaue Fotodioden mit Signalverarbeitungsschaltungen integriert. Die Spitzenemempfindlichkeit der Fotodiode beträgt für Rot 650nm, für Grün 550nm und für Blau 450nm. Eine Fotodiode mit breitem Spektrum für die Erfassung von Weißlicht ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
