Toshiba L-MOS LVP Logic ICs

Toshiba L-MOS LVP Logic ICs are a 2-input OR single-function gate with 3.6V power-down protection output. A high output current of ±8.0mA at VCC=3.0V and an operating voltage range of 0.9V to 3.6V make the L-MOS LVP ideal for a broad range of applications. The device provides super high speed operation of tpd=2.5ns at VCC=3.3V to meet user needs.
