Torex Semiconductor XCL109 & XCL110 Step-up Micro DC/DC Converters

Torex Semiconductor XCL109 and XCL110 Step-up Micro DC/DC Converters incorporate the IC and coil into a compact CL-2025-02 package with 2.5mm x 2mm x 1.04mm dimensions. These space-saving step-up DC/DC converters require only small input and output capacitors as peripheral components. The XCL109 and XCL110 converters can start operation from a 0.9V input voltage, making them ideal for devices powered by a single alkaline or nickel-metal hydride battery. The output voltage is adjustable in 0.1V increments within a 1.8V to 5.5V range, and the modules support an operating ambient temperature of up to +105°C. Torex XCL109 and XCL110 Step-up Micro DC/DC Converters are ideal for portable equipment, beauty and health equipment, wearables, and other devices requiring compactness, low power consumption, and high functionality/performance while prioritizing battery life.
