Texas Instruments TMP302 Pin-Selectable Temperature Switches
Texas Instruments TMP302 temperature switches in a SOT563 micro package offer low power consumption (15µA maximum) and ease of use through pin-selectable trip points and hysteresis. The TMP302A, TMP302B, TMP302C, and TMP302D require no additional components for operation and can function independently of microprocessors or MCUs. The TI TMP302 temperature switch is ideal for cell phone handsets, portable media players, consumer electronics, and more.
