Texas Instruments REF6025EVM-PDK Voltage Reference EVM

Texas Instruments REF6025EVM-PDK Voltage Reference Evaluation Module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the performance of the REF6025. The REF6025 is a high-precision voltage reference with an integrated high-bandwidth buffer. The evaluation module includes the REF6025EVM board, the precision host interface (PHI) controller board, and a USB cable. These can be used to connect to a computer to capture and analyze the data. The Texas Instruments REF6025EVM board includes the REF6025 and all the peripheral circuits and components necessary to demonstrate the performance of the voltage reference.

Features

  • Introduces ADC drive buffer, which is an integrated high bandwidth, output impedance buffer that helps achieve the lowest distortion, ultra-low-noise data acquisition systems
  • Industry best-in-class noise (3µVrms v.s. 10µVrms), long-term drift (15ppm v.s. 20ppm) and power consumption (750µA v.s. competition's 2mA)
  • TI's first ultra-high precision reference
  • Introduces burst mode data acquisition with first-sample correct to the 18-bit resolution, useful in event-triggered, multiplexed, and variable sampling rate data acquisition system
