Die MSP430i204x/3x/2x Mischsignal-Mikrocontroller von Texas Instruments bestehen aus einer leistungsstarken 16-Bit RISC CPU, einem DCO-basierten Taktsystem, das Systemtakte erzeugt, einem Power-Management-Modul (PMM) mit eingebauter Spannungsreferenz und Spannungsmonitor. Diese Mischsignal-Mikrocontroller beinhalten auch zwei bis vier 24-Bit Sigma-Delta AD-Wandler (ADCs), einen Temperatursensor, einen 16-Bit Hardware-Multiplikator, zwei 16-Bit Timer, ein eUSCI-A-Modul und ein eUSCI-B-Modul, einen Watchdog-Timer (WDT) und bis zu 16 I/O-Pins.
