Texas Instruments LSF0204x Bidirektionale Multi-Spannungspegelumsetzer
Die bidirektionalen Multi-Spannungspegelumsetzer LSF0204x von Texas Instruments sind bidirektionale Spannungspegelumsetzer, die von 1,0V bis 4,5V (Vref_A) und 1,8V bis 5,5V (Vref_B) betrieben werden. Dies erlaubt eine bidirektionale Spannungswandlung zwischen 1,0V und 5,0V ohne die Notwendigkeit für einen Richtungsanschluss in Open-Drain- oder Push-Pull-Anwendungen. Die LSF0204x unterstützen Pegelumsetzanwendungen mit Übertragungsgeschwindigkeiten von mehr als 100MHz für Open-Drain-Systeme mit 15pF Kapazität und 165Ω Pull-up-Widerstand.

- Low Ron provides less signal distortion

- Flow-through pin-out for ease PCB trace routing
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD17
- -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range
- ESD performance tested per JESD 22
