Tektronix 4 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes

Tektronix 4 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes (MSOs) offer 4 or 6 FlexChannel® inputs that measure one analog or eight digital signals per channel. These 4 series mixed signal oscilloscopes consist of an innovative pinch-swipe-zoom touchscreen user interface and high-definition display. These mixed signal oscilloscopes offer 200MHz, 350MHz, 500MHz, 1GHz, and 1.5GHz bandwidth, 6.25GS/s sample rate, 13.3 inches (338mm) TFT color, and a capacitive (multi-touch) touchscreen. Typical applications include embedded systems, three-phase power electronics, automotive electronics, power supply design, and DC-to-DC power converters.

      • 8 digital logic inputs with TLP058 logic probe
