S063 SolderSleeve Shield Terminators feature a heat-shrinkable thermoplastic sleeve with a visible fluxed solder band. This band provides the exact amount of solder and flux required to terminate the ground lead to the cable shield. A small temperature indicator ring melts only when the surfaces to be joined have reached the correct soldering temperature, ensuring a properly soldered connection.

The transparent insulation sleeve is heat-shrinkable, radiation cross-linked modified polyolefin. These terminators meet SAE AS83519 the performance requirements when installed with approved convection and infrared heating tools.
