Taiwan Semiconductor LSMB24CAH TVS Diode is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage transients caused by lightning, Electro-Static Discharge (ESD), and other transient voltage events. This bidirectional TVS diode features a low leakage current and a low clamping voltage of 24V. The LSMB24CAH diode is AEC-Q101 qualified and comes in a DO-214AA (SMB) package.
