STMicroelectronics SLLIMM™ Intelligente Leistungsmodule (IPMs)

STMicroelectronics SLLIMM™ Intelligente Leistungsmodule (IPMs) erweitern die Produktreihe der Gerätesteuerungslösungen von ST um eine wärmeeffiziente Lösung, die die Entwicklung durch die Kombination von anwendungsspezifischen IGBTs und Dioden, proprietären Steuerungsfunktionen, intelligentem Schutz und zusätzlichen optionalen Merkmalen vereinfachen. Mit direkter Verbindung zum Mikrocontroller wandeln IPMs den Mikrocontroller-Ausgang in die korrekte Hochleistungs-Wellenform zum Antrieb des Motors um. Ein Modul kann mehr als 30 separate Komponenten ersetzen und dadurch die Zuverlässigkeit erhöhen, wobei gleichzeitig Größe und Kosten reduziert werden.
