Das STMicroelectronics M95M02-A125 EEPROM für die Automobilindustrie ist mit der höchsten Zuverlässigkeitsstufe kompatibel, die vom Standard AEC-Q100 Grad 0 für die Automobilindustrie vorgeschrieben ist. Die M95M02-A125 wird von einer seriellen mit SPI kompatiblen Schnittstelle mit bis zu 10MHz angesteuert. Das Speicher-Array basiert auf der fortschrittlichen EEPROM-Technologie (Electrically Erasable PROgrammable Memory).
