Renesas Electronics 8V97051 Wideband Fractional RF Synthesizer

Renesas Electronics 8V97051 Low-Power Wideband Fractional RF Synthesizer is optimized for use as the local oscillator (LO) in multi-carrier, multi-mode FDD, and TDD base station radio cards. The Renesas Electronics 8V97051 is offered in a compact 5mm x 5mm, 32-VFQFN package with 50Ω differential RF output impedances for easy integration into the receiver or transmitter lineup. This device has a default fractional mode with the option to use it with an integer mode.
