RAMXEED AEC-Q100 Compliant I2C FeRAM Family are 4Kbit to 1Mbit memory products utilizing an I2C interface. The FeRAM Family can operate at temperatures of up to +125°C. The devices are designed for applications that require operation in high-temperature environments. The RAMXEED AEC-Q100 Compliant I2C FeRAM Family is ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
