Power Integrations 2SP0320T2C0-17 Dual Channel IGBT Driver
Power Integrations 2SP0320T2C0-17 Dual Channel IGBT Driver is a compact SCALE™-2 plug-and-play driver designed for 1700V IGBT modules. It features an electrical interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply. 2SP0320T2C0-17 has turn-on and turn-off gate resistors that are not assembled to provide maximum flexibility. The driver features a 20-pin flat cable interface with an active clamping of Vce at turn-off. 2SP0320T2C0-17 also provides IGBT short-circuit protection and monitors the supply voltage.
