onsemi NCP176 LDO-Spannungsregler
Der onsemi NCP176 LDO-Spannungsregler ist ein 500mA-Niederspannungs-LDO-Regler mit schneller Einschwingzeit. Die Eingangsspannungen reichen von 1,4 bis 5,5V und die Ausgangsspannungen von 0,7V bis 3,6V. Dieser Regler ist bleifrei und verfügt über einen Überstrom- und thermischen Shutdown-Schutz.
