NXP Semiconductors NX3L Analogschalter-ICs

NXP NX3L Analogschalter-ICs sind niederohmige Schalter, die sich für den Einsatz als analoger oder digitaler Multiplexer/Demultiplexer eignen. Digitaleingänge mit niedrigem Schwellwert sorgen dafür, dass NX3L Schalter von 1,8V Logikpegeln in 3,3V Anwendungen betrieben werden können. Auf diese Weise kann NX3L 4,3V Signale mit einem Digitalregler von 1,8V schalten, sodass keine Logikpegelumsetzung erforderlich ist. NX3L Schalter sind AEC Q100-qualifiziert für die Verwendung in der Automobilindustrie.
