Northern Technologies DC D-Subminiature Crimp Connectors

Northern Technologies DC D-Subminiature Crimp Connectors feature a durable steel shell and a UL94V-0 rated thermoplastic insulator. These connectors offer a current rating of 3A, a voltage rating of 250VAC, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000VAC for 1 minute. The DC crimp connectors feature an insulation resistance of 3000MΩ at 500VDC and contact resistance of <15mΩ, ensuring minimal signal loss. These connectors operate within the -55°C to 105°C temperature range.

The DC D-subminiature crimp connectors are available in two variants, including standard-density connectors and high-density connectors. The standard-density connectors come with 9, 15, 25, 37, and 50 positions, while the high-density connectors come in 15, 26, 44, and 62 positions.

The DC D-subminiature crimp connectors are complemented by the DCT and DCH crimp contacts that are made from copper alloy with gold flash over nickel plating. These crimp contacts offer high conductivity and support 22–26 AWG wire sizes.
