Mini-Circuits MDB-54H+ Wideband Double Balanced Mixer is fabricated using InGaP HBT technology. It functions as an up and down converter for LO and RF frequencies from 20GHz to 50GHz and covers IF bandwidths from DC to 20GHz. This surface-mount device operates with a 15dBm LO power level while providing 11dB conversion loss, 45dB LO/RF isolation, and 20dBm input IP3. Mini-Circuits MDB-54H+ Wideband Double Balanced Mixer comes in a 3mm x 3mm, 12-lead MCLP package for low inductance, repeatable transitions, and excellent thermal contact to PCBs.
