Mill-Max Pre-Wired Double Row Connectors
Mill-Max Pre-Wired Double Row Connectors come in both spring-loaded and target versions with 4 to 20 positions available. These double row connectors feature a pre-crimped design that eliminates time-consuming and labor-intensive crimp and poke-style connectors. The open-end wire provides flexible termination possibilities such as soldering, splicing, crimping, or connecting to a terminal block.
Spring-loaded 889 connectors use high-reliability spring-loaded pins, making them an ideal choice for battery charging, low-power delivery, and quick-connect purposes. Spring-loaded pins have a maximum stroke of 0.055" (1.4mm) while target connectors have a burr-free mating surface. The featured 8" (203mm) long wires are 24AWG stranded conductors per UL1007 with black PVC insulation and 7/32 stranding. Mill-Max Pre-Wired Double Row Connectors have a positive stop inside the connector so the pins cannot be dislodged if pull force is applied to the wires.
