Das Microchip MIC45404 DC-DC-Leistungsmodul verfügt über einen Eingangsspannungsbereich von 4,5V bis 19V mit einem Ausgangsstrom von bis zu 5A. Das MIC45404 ist ein synchrones Abwärtsregler-Modul mit extrem niedrigem Profil. Das Modul verfügt über eine einzigartige Höhe von 2,0mm. Mit eingebautem DC-DC-Regler, Bootstrap-Kondensator, Hochfrequenz-Eingangskondensator und einem Induktor, alles in einem Gehäuse.
