Micrels MIC45208 10A DC-DC-Leistungsmodul ist ein synchrones Abwärtsreglermodul mit einer einzigartigen, anpassungsfähigen On-Time-Steuerarchitektur. Das Modul verfügt über eine DC-DC-Steuerung, Leistungs-MOSFETs, eine Bootstrap-Diode, einen Bootstrap-Kondensator und einen Induktor in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse, was die Konstruktion und den Layout-Prozess für Endnutzer vereinfacht. Die hochintegrierte Lösung sorgt für beschleunigtes Systemdesign und schnellere Produkt-Marktreife. Die internen MOSFETs und der Induktor sind optimiert für hohe Effizienz bei niedriger Ausgangsspannung. Das optimierte Design liefert bis zu 10A Strom in einem breiten Eingangsspannungsbereich von 4,5V bis 26V ohne zusätzliche Kühlung.
