Micro Commercial Components (MCC) SMA6J Transient Voltage Suppressors

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) SMA6J Transient Voltage Suppressors are unidirectional and bidirectional devices featuring high surge capability. These suppressors offer minimum 600W peak pulse power dissipation as well as 3W steady-state power dissipation, and 70A peak forward surge current. They have an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and withstand high-temperature soldering. MCC SMA6J TVS diodes are designed for surface-mount applications.
