Micro Commercial Components (MCC) ESD DFN Protection Devices

MCC ESD DFN Protection Devices offer fast response times and ultra-low capacitance (0.3pF to 620pF). The ESD DFN components feature a low 3.3V to 16V operating voltage, reverse stand-off voltage, and clamping voltages ranging from 11V to 75V. The devices have low leakage and are housed in small packages to save board space. The epoxy meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating and the devices have a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1.
