MACOM MASW-011152 DC 67GHz SPDT Absorptive Switch features a 2.2dB insertion loss at 50GHz. The MACOM MASW-011152 has RF output ports in 50Ω and exhibits a 26dBm power handling capability. The device delivers 16dB of input and output return losses in the thru path. Seamlessly integrating into modern circuits, the MASW-011152 embraces logic levels compatible with standard 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V CMOS, powered by +3.3V and -3.3V bias supplies.
