Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 3000 X-Series Oscilloscopes

Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 3000 X-Series Oscilloscopes provide maximum investment protection with fully-upgradable 5-instruments-in-1 integration. This includes oscilloscope, digital channels, built-in 20MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator with modulation, integrated digital voltmeter, and protocol analyzer. The 3000 X oscilloscopes are equipped with a large 8.5" WVGA display, MegaZoom IV smart memory technology, and one million waveforms per second update rate. These oscilloscopes are able to decode serial busses faster with hardware-based serial analysis options for CAN, LIN, I²C, SPI, RS232, and FlexRay among others.

The InfiniiVision 3000 X-Series Oscilloscopes offer up to 4 analog channels (DSO), up to 16 digital channels (MSO models or upgradable), and 100MHz to 1GHz bandwidth. Additionally, these oscilloscopes exhibit up to 5GSa/s (1GHz) sampling rate, up to 4Mpts maximum memory, and many other upgradable features. Applications include test and measurement, education, and analysis (power, efficiency, modulation, transient response, harmonics, and serial data).

Infiniivision 3000T X-Series

Keysight InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series Oscilloscopes take everything that is revolutionary about the 3000A X-series and add a capacitive touch screen. The user interface is designed for touch, and the exclusive zone touch trigger analyzes signals in detail to get to measurement insights faster. This helps in discovering issues and solving problems through new analysis capabilities like 7-in-1 instrument integration, a wide range of serial decodes, and time/frequency domain correlation. The capacitive touch screen technology of these 3000T X-Series oscilloscopes enables productivity and simplifies documentation. The InfiniiVision 3000T X oscilloscopes offer 7-instruments-in-1 integration with an additional standard 3-digit voltmeter, standard 8-digit counter, and totalizer.
