KEMET T520 Polymer Tantalum KO-CAP Capacitors

KEMET T520 Polymer Tantalum KO-CAP Capacitors combine the low ESR of multilayer ceramic, the high capacitance of aluminum electrolytic, and the volumetric efficiency of tantalum into a single surface-mount package. These devices offer a very long operational life and high ripple current capabilities. KEMET T520 Polymer Tantalum KO-CAP Capacitors can reduce component counts and eliminate through-hole assembly by replacing cumbersome leaded aluminum capacitors. Ideal applications include DC-DC converters, audio/sound circuits, power supply inputs, portable electronics, telecommunications, consumer electronics, densely populated circuits with space restrictions, and microprocessor decoupling, as well as high-voltage and high ripple current applications.
