Diodes Incorporated D3V3x4U10LP TVS-Diodenarrays
Die TVS-Diodenarrays D3V3x4U10LP von Diodes Incorporated sind eine Vierkanal-TVS-Diode mit geringer Kapazität Arrays mit hoher Leistungsfähigkeit. Die D3V3x4U10LP Arrays sind mit IEC61000-4-2 und IEC61000-4-5 konform, in U-DFN2510-10-Gehäusen untergebracht und haben ein hohes ESD-Ableitvermögen. Die D3V3x4U10LP Arrays bieten eine niedrige ESD-Klemmspannung sowie eine extrem geringe Kapazität. Diese Arrays bieten eine Klemmspannung von 5 V bzw. 6 V und arbeiten in einem Temperaturbereich von -55 °C bis 150 °C.
