Coherent ST905A13 Laser Diode
Coherent ST905A13 Laser Diode is designed to provide a high peak optical output power of 95W (typical) and offers a wavelength of 905nm. This laser diode is built with a highly reliable triple-junction epitaxial structure and an emitting area of 200μm x 10μm. The ST905A13 diode features a short pulse operation of up to 100ns with a 0.1% duty cycle. This laser diode is ideally used as a source for next-generation Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer fields. The ST905A13 laser diode is RoHS-compliant and comes in a TO-56 metal can package.
