Apacer Technology Inc. Industrial PT25P-CFX PCI Express Flash Drives are next-generation Solid State Drives (SSDs) that provide full compliance with PCIe® Gen4 x2 interface and NVMe 2.0 specifications. This feature enables the SSDs to operate in power management modes, significantly reducing power consumption. The PT25P-CFX is built with a powerful PCIe controller that supports on-the-module ECC as well as an efficient wear-leveling scheme. It delivers exceptionally low latency and outstanding performance in data transfer. With a compact design and high-speed storage capabilities, it is an ideal choice for larger, faster hosts deployed in a wide range of applications that demand outstanding performance.

Utilizing 3D NAND technology for capacities up to 1TB and offering greater power efficiency than 2D NAND, the Apacer PT25P-CFX is equipped with advanced features to enhance SSD performance and reliability. It incorporates an LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) ECC engine to extend SSD endurance and to improve data reliability. The SSD is also equipped with a built-in thermal sensor that utilizes S.M.A.R.T. commands to monitor temperature, along with thermal throttling functionality that dynamically adjusts frequency scaling to prevent overheating and maintain optimal performance.

The PT25P-CFX, equipped with Core Power technology, ensures data integrity and stable transmission even in the event of unexpected power loss. This feature is achieved through a backup power supply utilizing tantalum capacitors, which allows sufficient time to transfer cached data to the NAND flash. For demanding applications, PT25P-CFX also safeguards data integrity at multiple points along the data transfer path with end-to-end data protection, enabling dependable delivery of data transfers.

The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) safeguards data and provides users with confidence that the data is protected against unauthorized access. PT25P-CFX incorporates various features, including flash block management, TRIM, page mapping, SMART Read Refresh, Hyper Cache technology, and power-saving modes. With exceptional performance, trustworthy reliability, and enhanced data protection, the PT25P-CFX is the ideal storage or cache solution for various applications, ranging from industrial and imaging to computing and enterprise markets.
