Apacer Technology Inc. PT15R-M242 BiCS5 Industrial Solid State Drives (SSDs) are designed with M.2 2242 mechanical dimensions. These SSDs are compliant with the PCIe Gen3 x4 interface and NVMe 1.3 specifications, which enables devices to operate in power management modes, reducing power consumption. The PT15R-M242 SSDs are equipped with a PCIe controller that supports on-the-module ECC and a wear-leveling scheme. These SSDs use 3D NAND technology for up to 512GB capacities. The PT15R-M242 SSDs provide an ideal storage solution for Raspberry Pi* 5 platforms. These SSDs are used in industrial, imaging, computing, retail, and enterprise markets.The PT15R-M242 SSDs integrate a Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC) ECC engine to improve SSD endurance and data reliability. These SSDs include a built-in thermal sensor to monitor SSD temperature through S.M.A.R.T. commands. The PT15R-M242 SSDs feature NVMe secure erase, TRIM, power failure management, and flash block management. These SSDs support Host Memory Buffer (HMB) and are RoHS compliant.
