Advanced Thermal Solutions POLARVrTX™ High-Capacity Active Cooling Heat Sinks deliver superior active cooling performance that outperforms liquid cooling options, making them a cost-effective thermal solution. When deployed in high-power systems that would normally be cooled with water, these POLARVrTX heat sinks provide thermal resistance to water using air. Added benefits of air cooling versus liquid cooling include low maintenance, uniform cooling, and ease of installation. The high-efficiency fin field design of these POLARVrTX heat sinks enables them to cool high-output devices in various applications. Typical applications include UV-C LED cooling, laser cooling, medical diagnostic equipment, electronics cooling, industrial cooling, HVAC, food and beverage processing, and imaging equipment.The POLARVrTX™ high-capacity active cooling heat sinks come with preinstalled PWM-enabled fans for dynamic control. The cool air is pulled through the heat sink base and the resulting hot air is pulled through the duct by the fans. These heat sinks use removable air filters to keep the heat sink fin field free of debris to ensure long-term performance and low maintenance.
