Molex Transcend® PoE-Gateways
Die Transcend® PoE-Gateways von Molex sind Niederspannungssysteme mit Netzwerkanbindung, die PoE- Technologie verwenden. Jedes Gateway verbindet sich mit einem Katalysator-Schalteranschluss mit einem Kategoriekabel. Das Transcend Gateway von Molex ist ein Cisco-Universal-Power-over-Ethernet-konformes (UPoE) Gerät. UPEE erweitert den Standard IEEE PoE Plus (PoE+) (IEEE802.3at), um die Leistung pro Anschluss mit vier Paaren auf 60 W zu verdoppeln. Nach der Stromverhandlung wird eine sichere Verbindung zwischen dem Gateway und dem Schalter hergestellt. Der Knoten ist dann in der Lage, Strom und Daten an Leuchten, Sensoren und andere Geräte lokal zu verteilen. Die Netzwerkkommunikation basiert auf CoAP und vereinfacht die Konvergenz der IP-Infrastruktur sicher mit Cisco-Technologie. Daten und Befehle können problemlos übergeben und mit anderen Systemen für die Datenanalytik in einer realen Gebäudeautomatisierungssteuerung integriert werden. Auf der Geräteseite bietet das PoE-Gateway Strom und Daten über eine robuste Schnittstelle. Die Transcend-Schnittstelle ist optimiert, um Niederspannungs-Stromversorgung und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit Leuchten, Sensoren und anderen Geräten zu liefern.
After power negotiation, a secure connection is established between the gateway and the switch. A node is then able to distribute power and data to lights, sensors, and other devices locally. The network communication is based on CoAP and allows easy convergence of IP infrastructure securely using Cisco technology. Data and commands can be easily passed and integrated with other systems for data analytic needs in a real building automation control installation.
On the device side, the PoE Gateway provides power and data using a rugged and robust interface. The Transcend interface is optimized to deliver low voltage power and reliable communication with lights, sensors, and other devices.
