ISSI 3,3V Single Data Rate (SDR) synchroner DRAM

ISSIs 3,3V Single Data Rate (SDR) synchroner DRAM bietet eine breite Auswahl an SDR SDRAM mit Speicherdichten von 16Mbit bis zu 512Mbit in Speicheranordnungen von 1Mx16, 4Mx16 und 8Mx16. Jede dieser Komponenten verfügt über eine einzelne Versorgungsspannung (3,3V +/-0,3V), Standard-SDRAM-Taktung, LVTTL-kompatible Eingänge, programmierbare Burst-Länge von 1, 2, 4, 8 oder Full-Page, Auto-Refresh- und Self-Refresh-Modi sowie eine programmierbare CAS-Latenz von 2 oder 3. Typische Anwendungsbereiche für diese Komponenten sind unter anderem drahtlose Zugangspunkte, Basisstationen, Router, Netzwerkspeicher, Energiemanagement-Anwendungen, industrielle Steuerungen, Infotainment in Fahrzeugen und Fahrzeug-Telematik.
