THERM-A-GAP™ G974 5.0W/m-K Low Hardness Gap Pads

Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP™ G974 Gap Pads feature a low hardness of 40 Shore A and a thermal conductivity of 5.0W/m-K, providing a flexible solution for a variety of applications. These thermally conductive gap filler pads offer low compression forces and excellent heat transfer while maintaining conformability between mating surfaces. By combining ultra-low outgassing with excellent thermal conductivity and conformability, the series provides an effective thermal interface between heat sinks and electronic devices where uneven surfaces, rough surface textures, and air gaps may exist. Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP G974 Gap Pads come with high-strength acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) for easy attachment to cold surfaces. Typical applications include consumer electronics, LEDs, laptops, automotive electronic control units (ECUs), and telecommunications equipment.
