SN74AHC273/SN74AHC273-Q1 Oktal-Flip-Flops des Typs D

Texas Instruments SN74AHC273/SN74AHC273-Q1 Fahrzeug Octal D-Type Flip-Flops enthalten acht positiv flankengetriggerte D-Type Flip-Flops mit einem direkten Active Low Clear (CLR)-Eingang. Diese Flip-Flops arbeiten bei einer Versorgungsspannung von 2 V bis 5,5 V V_CC mit einer geringen Verzögerung von 18,8 ns bei 5 V und einer Last von 15 pF. SN74AHC273/SN74AHC273-Q1 unterstützt 130 MHz beim Last 5 V 15 pF und das Latch-Up Betriebsverhalten übertrifft 250 mA pro JESD 17. Diese Bauteile sind in einem benetzbaren Flanken- QFN- Gehäuse erhältlich. Die Bauteile SN74AHC273-Q1 sind gemäß AEC-Q100 für Fahrzeuganwendungen zugelassen. Diese Flip-Flops sind ideal für die Synchronisierung von Daten mit dem Taktgeber und einem einfachen 8-Bit-Speicher.
