ADN465x 5-kV- und 3,75-kV-LVDS-Gigabit-Isolatoren

Die ADN465x 5 kV und 3,75 kV LVDS-Gigabit-Isolatoren sind signalisolierte, Niederspannungs-Differential-Signalisierungs (LVDS)-Buffer, die mit bis zu 1,1 GBit/s mit geringem Jitter betrieben werden. Die Bauteile integrieren die iCoupler®-Technologie von Analog Devices, die für einen Hochgeschwindigkeitsbetrieb verbessert wurde, um eine galvanische Trennung der TIA/EIA-644-A-konformen LVDS-Treiber und -Empfänger bieten. Diese Integration ermöglicht eine Drop-In-Isolierung einer LVDS-Signalkette.
