TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky-Gleichrichter

Vishay Semiconductors TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky-Gleichrichter sind patentierte Trench MOS Barrier Schottky(TMBS®)-Gleichrichter, verfügbar mit sieben Spannungswerten von 45V bis 200V und mehreren unterschiedlichen Gehäuseoptionen für einen großen Bereich von Systemmanforderungen. TMBS bietet diverse Vorteile im Vergleich zu planaren Schottky-Gleichrichtern. Bei Betriebsspannungen von 45V und mehr büßen planare Schottky-Gleichrichter signifikant an Leistung ihrer schnellen Schaltzeiten und geringen Durchlassspannungen ein. Die patentierte TMBS-Struktur adressiert dieses Problem, indem sie Minoritätsträgerinjektionen in die Driftregion reduziert und damit gespeicherte Ladungen minimiert und die Schaltgeschwindigkeiten erhöht.
