Bourns HVMA03T100A-ST10S Gate Driver Transformers are designed with a 10mm creepage distance for a 1000V working voltage, making them ideal for electric vehicle (EV) applications that require a high isolation voltage. These Bourns automotive-grade and AEC-Q200-compliant transformers offer a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +155°C, supporting Class F operation. The high-creepage SMT package features a highly compact footprint despite the large working voltage. The HVMA03T100A-ST10S is ideal for various automotive applications, including transistor gate drive power, battery management circuits, and isolated power across separate voltage systems in hybrid vehicles.

HVMA Flyback & Gate Driver Transformers

Bourns HVMA Flyback and Gate Driver Transformers are AEC-Q200-compliant, automotive-grade devices designed for switching frequencies up to 400kHz. Bourns HVMA transformers feature a high working voltage of 800V or higher and operate over a wide temperature range for reliable performance in harsh environments.
