Microchip Technology SY75712/14 LVCMOS Clock Buffers

Microchip Technology SY75712/14 LVCMOS Clock Buffers provide ultra-low-jitter clock distribution with two- and four-output configurations. The SY75712 is offered with two LVCMOS outputs, and the SY75714 with four. Both devices include built-in 50Ω series resistance, enabling them to drive standard 50Ω transmission lines without external series resistors.

The Microchip SY75712/14 Clock Buffers operate from a 1.2V to 1.8V supply and support frequencies up to 250MHz. The buffers provide 17fs typical additive jitter, 1.5ns typical propagation delay, and extended temperature operation. Compact 8-pin TDFN packaging supports clock distribution, green servers, battery-powered equipment, and other space-constrained applications where low power and low cost are important.
