NL5S4599/NL5ST4599 High-Speed SPDT Analog Switches
onsemi NL5S4599/NL5ST4599 High-Speed SPDT Analog Switches are fabricated using silicon-gate CMOS technology. These achieve high-speed propagation delays and low ON-resistance while maintaining low power dissipation. These switches control digital and analog voltages that may vary across the full power-supply range (from VCC to GND). These devices feature a much lower and more linear ON resistance (RON) over the input voltage range than typical CMOS analog switches.
