S12ZVM Mikrocontroller

Die MagniV Mikrocontroller (MCUs) S12ZVM von NXP Semiconductors bieten eine kleine, effiziente, skalierbare 3-Phasen-Motorsteuerungslösung für Industrie- und Automobil-Applikationen. Die MCUs S12ZVM sind ideal für den Einsatz mit bürstenlosen Gleichstrommotoren (BLDC), Permanent-Magnet-Synchronmotoren (PMSM) und geschalteten Reluktanzmotoren (SRM).

Die MagniV S12ZVM MCUs verfügen über einen erweiterten S12Z-Core, eine Kombination aus Dual-ADC synchronisiert mit der Pulsweitenmodulations-Generation und der Integration von Hochspannungs-Analogmodulen. Die Analogmodule umfassen einen Spannungsregler (VREG), eine Gate-Drive-Einheit (GDU) und entweder eine physikalische LIN-Schicht (Local Interconnect Network) oder eine physikalische CAN-Schicht (Controller Area Network). Diese Merkmale ermöglichen eine vollständig integrierte Einzelchip-Lösung zum Ansteuern von bis zu 6 externen Leistungs-MOSFETs für BLDC- oder PMSM-Motorantriebs-Applikationen.

Die MCUs S12ZVM enthalten auch Fehlerkorrekturcode (ECC) im RAM und Flash-Speicher, EEPROM für Diagnose- oder Datenspeicherung, einen schnellen Analog-Digital-Wandler (ADC) und eine frequenzmodulierte Phasenregelschleife (IPLL), die die elektromagnetische Kompatibilitätsleistung verbessert (EMV).

Die MagniV S12ZVM Mikrocontroller sind in verschiedenen Pinbelegungsoptionen mit 80-poligen, 64-poligen und 48-poligen LQFP-EP-Gehäusen für Design-Flexibilität erhältlich.
