Infineon Technologies EasyPACK™ TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7-Module basieren auf der Mikromuster-Trench-Technologie. Dies führt zu geringeren Verlusten und bietet ein hohes Maß an Kontrolle. Der Chip ist speziell für Industrieantriebsapplikationen optimiert. Die Module bieten geringere statische Verluste, eine höhere Leistungsdichte und weicheres Schalten. Eine signifikante Erhöhung der Leistungsdichte kann erreicht werden, indem die zulässige maximale Betriebstemperatur von bis zu 175°C im Leistungsmodul erhöht wird.
